mi power bank ND Samsung 128 gb memory card

I buy the combo offer of Samsung 128gb memory card and mi 20000 MaH power bank from trapthdeal but the product is not working,today I taken that mi power bank to mi care they told that the product is duplicate now what to do. Nd there isn’t any costomer care no. And no mail so if any have then pls provide it to me,either I will make a police complaint against mi n trapthdeal too for selling duplicate product
