I had booked an singapore travel package for 12 nights and 13 days from india on 25 th of march before advanced payemnet they are talking very good and they show interestet towards us but when I pay the advance payment their voice is totally changed now they take lot of time to receive my phone calls and one day some other representative talk with me and he totally changed the facilities which are selected by me like hotel like researve seat and all and when I create an quarh towards this issue they said me that you can cancel your package but you will bot be refunded from my experience they are fake and very greedy they dont care about their customers they are cheaters and their service is worst and the site takes lot of time approx 3 to 5 minutes to be loded they dint have proper custumer services its not an userfriendly website I had lost my trip and my money worth rupees 139000 nit all they refund me 59000 but my whole family got very angry I will never suggest anyone for this useless website
