Travelbuzz (Greater Kailash New Delhi) is Fraud and the are not refunding my advance money paid
I wish to make you aware that this company Travelbuzz is a big fraud I have booked a Europe trip ( Swiss & Italy ) by them but the visa got rejected as the flight ticket attached was fake and when the embassy checked they found NO ticket on our name was booked & similarly the Hotels booked by them were FAKE I have enquired there by e mail and there was NO booking on my name in those hotels This information gave us a shock and now we know the cause of our visa rejection and our holidays were spoiled anyway we requested our advance paid money 2.40 lakh refund and also around 50000 Rs was wasted in flight tickets, Delhi stay and visa fees etc as we know sole reason for same was travel buzz when we pursued our refund he said he has to look into it after this he ( Mr. Joy Roy ) stopped picking up my phone and her partner ( Ms Pooja Dogra ) also started behaving same later after many calls Mr. Joy got agreed to pay back and sent a mail that they will pay back our money back after 45 days although there was NO booking done for us they neither they have send us any flight tickets nor any hotel booking vouchers but still till today our money is not refunded neither they are taking our calls even Ms Pooja has blocked my phone number as well and now we are moving to consumer court and also to police as there is no option left
They are doing this to many people and taking advance and keeping their money for 6 months or even more and some cases not returning the paid amount
My motive behind writing this message is to make people aware that they are fraud and there services are poor

Stay away from them even couple of friends who has traveled with them found a lot of problems in hotels such as many times Hotel is not booked and they are waiting in lobby up to 12 hours also No flight booked and returning back from airport and many other similar problems.
Now i request you to look into the matter and try to get my refund back
