Hi Team, I booked a flight from delhi ti kanpur via travelook site
but they did a fraud, cancelled my ticket and did not refund my miney yet. Its been more than 45 days and I tried all ways to connect to them via call emails but nothing happened, they do not pick the call and when they pick they disconnect that immediately. booking reference number is ref118051765
Everytime they say it will take 1 week but nothing at all happened.
Please help and get my refund processed as it has now become a mental trauma.
