I would like introduce my self as Praveen Kumar M. I had booked 9 tickets from Bangal e to Varanasi 0n 23 04 24 through Tripo deal from WEGO website. Total amount I paid deducted from my card is 54107 f 9 tickets. As the ticket booking was not confirmed from the third party, after some time I receive a call from the Travelsees stating that he has only 5 confirmed seats remaining 4 will be cancelled as I requested him to cancel my whole ticket booking and initiate a refund he convinced me and asked me wait f half an hour, after half an hour I still did receive any call back from the Travelsees. I initiated the call and Mr. Gaurav confirms we have only 5 seats available I told to confirm 5 seats and initiated refund f rest 4 seats, while booking the 9 ticket the price of 1 ticket was 6011 9 INR including tax. So when I asked f the refund of rest 4 tickets I have only received 17280. I just received 4320 f per ticket where as I paid 6011, when I asked them the calculation of the refund they have charged f connivence fee which they had not mentioned while on call message. I request you to do the needful with these fraud third party app booking.
