I have booked a ticket in kallada travels through travelyaari website from trivandrum to eranakulam on 1st September 2016, 4Pm for my mother. On that day the bus started at 2PM and they called my mother and said that bus will start now. She was not able to reach at that time. When I called the travel agency they told me that they will refund the ticket. She was not able to travel that day and she missed a function on the next day. Till now we didn’t get the refund also.

Please help us to get the refund and the apology from travels.
