I booked my ticket on 29th dec 2020 they call and said it was canceled due to increase in fare price the amount will be refunded within 7 to 10 woriking days it has been 2 months but i didnt receive my money..

* Get refund / replacement / damages from Travolook.
My flight got cancelled by the airline on 29/01/2021haven’t received the refund yet (Ref ID: REF*********). Was told initially the refund will happen in **-** days. Haven’t received it yet. Confirmed with the airline about the refund status and was told the refund was done the same day of cancellation and gave me the transaction id. Customer support on call is absolutely unhelpful, they have no answers and give contradicting statements. Called them again on ** Jan **** they keep delaying and saying need **-** days more. Terrible service. My advice would be book directly from the airline website or other trusted booking websites. DO NOT USE TRAVOLOOK FOR FLIGHT BOOKING. this is completely a fraud travel agency cheating and doing robbery with people’s money.
