I had ordered ceramic products like mugs, bowls and plates.
Upon paying through Gpay I received order confirmation.
But that’s it , no dispatch mail or anything else.
I sent them an email and tried calling on the number on their website several times to inquiry about the dispatch but no revert. Also the phone number is not reachable.
There is no communication from their end. I saw a lot of reviews which made me realise, this site was fraud.
I want my money refunded or the products I purchased delivered.
