There was a purchase made Trends and glam company where the ads were from Instagram. I had ordered 3 T-shirts, the payment was also made on 30th of April, but now i haven’t received any thing, now was i able to mail to the id which was mentioned. I tried t open the page where i saw this advertisement and to my suprise there was no such page once the order and money was transfered. I’m not sure how to contact them as there is no phone number mentioned, the ID mention is also not available. This is sad as there is no reply and the crime on such online platform is increasing which makes consumers not have trust on such sites or even opt for online shopping. I wish i will was a little thoughtful on such ads, but it is made so much believable that you tend to loss your money to such online frauds. Kindly help consumers so that they never have such horrible experience
