I would like to draw your attention towards the unethical behavior of trendybharat team. Around a fortnight ago I ordered 2 items and paid online only. But these rascals texted me to wait for the delay in delivery of the items ordered. I tried to text on the same but it failed. After that I mailed them regarding the same that why is my item delayed in shipping? I got a reference number and 2 days after that I got the same old message to wait for the delay in item shopping. I got irritated and then again tried to have a follow up regarding the previous mail. These idiots have terminated my order and texted me to wait for refund around 8 – 10 days. They mail me from a mailid where no reply option is present. Recently they asked for my bank account details so that they can refund me. But they stupid don’t even know to mail customer from a mailid which can receive mails also. Only the auto generated email comes in my mailbox. Apart from this I tried to google their customer service number which said that this is not a number assigned to trendybharat. Also the toll free number is never free and says automatically generated voice of thanku for calling here. I want my refund of 390rs inr. Kindly help me out and try to shut down this site as they are cheating with the name of bharat written in their website. It really pains if someone cheats you on the name of your own country.
