I ordered 2 jackets from trendyscloth.com website worth rs. 199 each ( rs. 398 total ) for which i received an email too but after that i didn’t get any other updates regarding my order. I’ve sent emails several times Askin about my order. Please help me get back my money.

I had ordered a down jacket from your site for ₹199 on 9th January 2023.There has been no notification regarding my order and it’s status till date. The site also does not have an option of showing my orders.
