The situations are still the same I guess. I did not read these before I ordered from trinkshop. My mistake!! Now I am sufferng because of that. I had ordered 3 tempered glasses from trinkshop.com 10 days back and got a confirmation email that the order has been placed. Since 10 days I have not got any email communication of what is happening on that. In the website the order status is “processing” since day 1. As stated above the customer care number on the site +91-1169999250 does not work. Also the email address “[email protected]” seems non existent or is full so that the emails are bouncing back. There is no way to contact them. I had done an online payment and my money is gone. Everyone, please dont make any online payment to this website. You can give a try on COD, but there is no guarantee that this will reach you in time or reach you at all. Better, refrain from this website.
