True Balance loan
I took a loan of 10000 and cleared my dues and closed the loan on July last year. But still my credit score is getting impacted by them and my cibil score is getting low day by day.
I have emailed and called them many times and my issue is still not resolved. Even i have submitted all the screenshots of my cibil report they are promising me to get it resolved every 3 days but they are unable to do so.
I am fed up with the thing as i am in urgency of some medical issue due to which i need to take personal loan and i am unable to take that as well. Also, i am having problem in getting loans as well from bank as my cibil has got down.
Please help me to get it resolved. Requesting you to get it resolved and help me with the issue I’m facing as i have no other options to contact them.
