I ordered medicines namely OTOCAP VT (40 in nos.) and Amlopres LT (30 in nos.) on 3rd May 2025 bearing order no. 29112605 worth Rs. 1385/- only after assurance by the company that the ordered items would be delivered on 6th May 2025 and made the payment instantly but now in spite of my repeated requests, they pretext one or other excuse and give next 24-hours assurance with few glib phrases. As a result, the prescribed medicines were not delivered to date. Medicines are not something which we can gallop at will. It is taken regularly on the prescribed time. I have got a very bad experience with this company. I live in Jammu and Kashmir. My residence is only 3 km from Railways Station, 5km from Airport and 7 km from the heart of Jammu city viz., jewel chowk. So, no excuse on that account, please.
Last time, they delivered on time but this time around they are not responding properly citing unrealistic reasons.
