I have pre-ordered the phone but seller didn’t even pack the phone when the item is available for sale. Customer Care Executive told that a complaint is raised to seller but no action taken. Others have received the orders. Really irresponsible strategy from Flipkart & Seller. The customer care executive has also given a longer resolution time.

i am facing same problem my order is getting delayed again and again , And the customer care are saying that they have talked to them . There have been two days now and my order isnt even packed yet.
Same is happening with me. I have ordered Poco F3 Gt and same truenet commerce is my seller. I also issued a query against them but when flipkart contacted us. It said that the seller is not responding.
Sir,i am from Northeast India. This phone is unable to purchase in my state. Saying “no seller ship to this pincode” or “out of stock”. I had tried with other pincode in my state still unable to purchase. Phone variant is predator black 8/128 or 8/256
