Respected Sir/Madam,
I have ordered a product on the Trusted Mile website.
Company name: Trusted Mile
Address: Jaipur ( Other details are not clear)
Product Name: Preethi Zodiac 2.0 Mixie
Ordered on : 10/10/21 @ 3.33pm
Price of the product: Rs.999/-
Also, I have made an online payment and received a mail from [email protected] for the successful payment made.
The product is expected to be delivered within 5-7 days as mentioned on their website.
But still now there is no any communication from them and no information is available about the product ordered.
When I tried to search for details regarding the product shipment, The website can’t be reached.
Actually, before making an online payment I have searched for this company’s name on google, it shows me the website and the company’s location. After seeing that only I have ordered the product. But now am realizing that it is a fake one. Now, what can I do? I don’t know how many are cheated by this Trusted Mile (so-called as Company). And also they have used ‘ALLINDIAMART’ agency name as a connecting bridge between the buyer and the seller. Even I searched for this ‘Allindiamart’ also on Google. But it shows as INDIAMART- agency. Actually there is only a slight difference in which people may be cheated. the prefix “ALL” is inserted before INDIAMART agency so that people don’t check keenly on this name alteration. I think many people got confused by this and have lost their money by making online payments, as there is no COD available.
Either help to refund the money back or make delivery of the product from them. Please create awareness about this fake one to people so that hereafter remaining people will not get cheated by them.
