My branded shirt has got stains when I informed about this they said they will work on this and put the shirt into their internal process to remove the stains. Trusted the guy and gave my short along with other products too for laundry. Disappointed to see when I received my clothes not only that shirt but other sweatshirt was faded too. Anxiously I called to the store manager after sending the picture to him on what’s app he handed over to call to some tiger person and he said there are no checks at our end it’s customer responsibility to check the product before giving to Tumbledry. Since that day I have been following only with the store to provide the solution , I have neither received the solution nor a call from a single person to provide solution. Such irresponsible behaviour is truly not appreciated and I hope strict action must be taken against the store and provide compensation of my loss. I can share the screen shots of the conversation where I kept chasing the person to call or talk but no response at all. Need solution asap.

* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Tumbledry.
I enquired about tumbledry franchise. They told me about FOCO model. But I enquired through existing franchise owner in my city , they told me that there is no such model. I feel like some scam is going on, on the name of tumble dry. Some people trying to book fraud on their name. Please check into it.
