After 3 months of multiple follow up calls with their resolution staff, enquiries on cost of clothes lost, they finally resorted to lying and made the store staff change his statement. He called to outright lie and say that the garment was never lost and was delivered. This is the same guy (Nikhil from Santacruz branch) who three months ago told me garment is lost due to the store being shifted from one location to another.. Fraud cheat company and pathetic people hired who have no moral values. Please be very very careful before dealing with these people.
