This is to inform you that on 12/12/2016 , an amount of Rs.960/- has been wrongly deducted from my TATA CREDIT Card without my consent / authorisation to the credit of Twoo.
i have never authorised anybody to deduct the said amount from my Credit Card. Also there are no standing instruction for the same.
i therefor fail to understand how the said amount was debited to my account with out any initiation from my side.
Under the circumstances you are therefore kindly requested to reverse the said entry at the earliest possible.and also to block any future entry of the said amount to Twoo as I had in September unsubscribed from them.

Kindly look into the matter urgently and resolve the same.at the earliest.
