I purchased a land in bangalore rural hoskote in uda construction east county phase 2, after finalising while registering the plots developer of this layout made a fraud with registrar of hoskote all together they registered a plot with my name which is not in existence.. Filed a fir in t. S hall police station, fir no. 113/2018. Police also confirmed the fraud. Refund is not yet received. The fraud people bribed the police and police is not taking any action against them, as all details and address are available with police, we made payment only through cheques and online transfer, its very easy for police to take action, but police are asking bribe from us. We are not able to pay now, i assured them once i receive refund i will pay them.. But all in vein, plz help me to get refund of our hard earned money. Would like to stop the registration happening in east county phase 2 until i receive my money back. As they are cheating all the buyers, we came to know their fraud but innocent people are not aware of happening with them, plz take this matter in media and help us.
