Dear Sir/ Madam,
WE purchased a land in Bangalore rural Hoskote in UDA East County Phase 2, On the day of registration of the plots, the group of layout developers made a fraud with us. the Sub- Registrar of Hoskote also is the part of this fraud, they all together registered a plot with my name which is not in existence. they all convinced us the address is right as per blue print of layout and promised they will give a copy of that, again 2nd thing is we never paid cash for plot deal but in sale deed they are showing cash deal, when we said we want all details of cheques which we are issuing they all together convinced us saying this is the way of registration, they all were very friendly with till we came to know about this fraud, as Sub Registrar also convinced us the same, we felt thats should be right, they said all cheques details will be appeared on sale agreement which they will prepare and will send us after stamping with Sub registrar again. after a week of follow up with them they stopped responding us, we realised that they cheated us.. we immediately Filed a FIR in t. S hall police station, ( FIR No. 0113/2018) Police also confirmed the fraud. and after arrest of one of the fraud person from that Fraud group police arranged refund through post dated cheques and left the criminals, after depositing those cheques only with fraud people confirmation all cheques bounced, the cheque issuer was saying they will do rigs but nothing happened till day, Refund is not yet received. when we informed Police they are saying to go to court, why police are not taking any action? we made payment only through cheques and online transfer, its very easy for police to take action, but police are asking bribe from us. We are not able to pay now, i assured them once i receive refund i will pay them.. But all in vein, cheque issuer is saying they have bribed Police with big amount. so police are with them now and saying to stop worrying about our money which they have taken fraudulently.
Plz help me what should i do?
