Subject: Fake and unsupportive to the requirement

My Complaint Description:
Actually the company gave us 2 packets of green coffee bean but it’s not green
They mentioned that if you feel our product is actually working then you can continue or else can return it
But seriously the product is not at all working, we even followed the instructions which they gave but since then also no result was given out
Now when we are calling them no one is recieving the call and also no one is answering our emails.
The total cost taken from us is:3000
Actually , one of the Waste product , No use at all , i send the product through courier , but no one didn’t respond properly , called lot of times..
please Don’t Buy the Fake product .. 4000rs/- loss for me due to this product ., Ms. sruthi given fake commitment ..

Uday E commerce pvt ltd is a fraud company. They insist to take 2 packets of green coffee at Rs.2990 but at delivery its only 200gms whose market cost is Rs.300 only. I want to return the product but their phono nos are out of service and no response to e mail also.
