Terrace front lawn entirely has been covered with multi colour metal sheet.

Has permission been taken from RWA by the flat owner.
As per terms and condition laid down in lease deed by Greater Noida development Authority, are these type of construction permitted.
By covering this area, covered area of flat has been increased. Is RWA charging extra maintenance charges for that.
What is the structural stability of the structure.Has any such Stability certificate issued by RWA. In case of heavy storm or wind this structure can fall down may hurt people in open areas or children playing there. Will RWA take the responsibility.
The structure is blocking the view of the flat owners above this flat. We have paid extra amount for it . Will RWA refund that amount.
Who is liable to clean the top surface(roof) of this structure. RWA please clarify.
Water accumulating in the window projection will become breeding centres for mosquitoes.
Also it has been observed that spaces below staircase (First floor of Block B Riviera) is also being used by the flat owners. Has RWA allotted to them, Please clarify. These spaces are common area spaces and no one has personal right on these spaces.

Request RWA to please clarify all these issues stated above and take necessary action.
