This is to bring to your notice that there is serious unauthorized construction going on at shop no -24, indra market, madi pur, new delhi-110063. The owner has covered appx. 1.5 – 2 ft area of the stadium that is at the backside of the construction area. That belongs to the government. The nearby buildings addressed shop no.-25 and shop no. -26 indra market, madi pur, new delhi-63. All this construction have been covering the stadium space, which is illegal. We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators.
If this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice. For safety reasons i am not disclosing my identity to you. I have already send a complaint 2-3 days beforeon this registration form. But no action have been taken till today.
It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.
