Mature Project In Vaishali 5/706

Dear sir i purchase a flat in vaishali 5/706, at the time of purchased the flat builder spoke me we will allot only 8 parking but till date he allot 12 car parking. Builder sold 16 flat in this building but builder has got the permission only 8 parking from competent authority and also builder constructed two illegal commercial shop also in car parking area, builder not ready to give the completion certificate to us there is no safty features like.. Only one gate for entrance and exite for vehicle as well residences people, fire fighting, when ever we spoke about the building deficency then builder ignored us every time. Pls look this matter and take legally action so that i further they can not take step with people’s
My request to you to remove this commercial shops from car parking area so that our four vehicle can be stand in side car parking building
