Dear sir/madam,

with warm regards, want to inform you that there is a illegal construction at Rani bagh area, property dealer construct a shop in residential parking at house No. F-219, gali No. 4, RIshi nagar, Rani Bagh New Delhi – 110034 without any prior information to floor owners.
This residential building was constructed keeping in mind Four floors and combine parking space i.e. Upper ground, first, Second and third With common parking at ground for all floors by a private builder.

They construct an illegal shop in residential parking without giving any information to the building owners after many complaints and arguments with them now they are trying to threaten Building people, even they are also try to plot an illegal electricity meter.
now we are suffering from many problems here such as less parking space, more noise pollution and land pollution.

Requesting you to kindly take immediate steps to stop the above explained activities
