I on-line ordered Vobizen Wise-5 Grey Mobile and my order number was 12194. A sum of Rs.615/-was transferred/deposited on 9.1.2017 in the Unikoid Electronics Pvt. Ltd., – HDFC BANK a/c No.50200021640183, Sort Code :HDFC0000031, through “CHILLR” app from my HDFC BANK a/c No. XXXXX514. The transaction ID was 700914789301. But neither I have received confirmation of receipt of payment made against order No. 12194 nor I have received mobile handset till date, although more than two months have elapsed.
I send e-mails in this regard on 14.1.2017, 21.1.2017, 24.1.2017 and on 2.2.2017 to [email protected] and [email protected], but they have not replied even a single mail, till date. I also send my written request to M/S Unikoid Electronics Pvt. Ltd., 16/4, VJ Business Centre, GRG Labout, Thiruchi Road, Coimbatore – 641018 (Tamil Nadu) through SPEED POST on 16.1.2017 and the same was received in that office on 21.1.2017 but no response has also been reeceived from that office till now, although more than one month and 20 days have also been elapsed.
I also requested Director of the said company and the mail was sent to [email protected] on 18.2.2017 in this regard, but it is very sad stated of affairs that he has also not responded so far, although one month is also going to be elapsed. I also tried number of times to contact on phone number 8144 600 800 but every time computer
system says “All our executives are busy. Your phone number has been noted and shall be called back shortly”, but they never called back.
From the above it is quite clear that the said company is not intended to supply me the mobile handset, as ordered, and they have cheated me financially.
