I had ordered a portable electric shaver for men and women but they have sent me the wrong product which is a normal trimmer. I want refund for the same. Otherwise the exchange of product. Please look into this matter and respond as soon as possible

  2. I have already filed a complaint against Uniloat Prestige for delivering a different product than what I had ordered for online. Please look into the matter.

  3. That’s is worst experience. Their courier is better then product.
    Delivered some thing else when asked fo refund they are telling down load different app .
    Kindly refund and arrange to return back the product delivered

    I hope all is well with you.

    Please note that I have been struggling to contact the UNILOAT team since June 26, 2023, and until today, no one responded to my call or my emails.

    I had requested a Uniloat trimer (# UN37834), which I have seen on the internet, and placed an order that was cash on delivery, and the package inside was a power bank; immediately called the Nimbuspost courier supervisor on the wrong item delivered, and the following day I arranged collection from that wrong Item. (Please see trail mail for further details.)

    I paid my hard-earned money of 1,000 (IRS), and I want my money back ASAP.

    I would appreciate it if you could help resolve this issue ASAP.
