I am writing this complaint to bring to your attention a serious matter regarding uniloat company an online store selling electronic n other products . I recently engaged in a transaction with this company, and I have reason to believe that fraudulent activities have occurred during this transaction.
I had ordered a Night Led Lamp worth rs 699 but instead of that received a power bank that too it’s fake duplicate packing and other inside too. My order I’d was UN#77181 Mode of payment was Cash on Delivery. I came accross your support help team and people assured me that I will surely recieve help from you guys please look into the matter.
I request your ll to help me get my refund back asap
