Order no UN79595 Had ordered a mini shaver from Uniloat per their ad on Instagram. Paid 1000 Rs cash on delivery and received a fake portable battery charger instead. No response to emails and phone calls. Called Vipin Gupta customer care for Uniloat as he claims himself but he did not even bother to respond to multiple calls although he acknowledged on the first call that its the companies mistake. Reached out to Nimbuspost who refused to take any responsibility although all delivery and order confirmation messages were from Nimbuspost on WhatsApp. Both involved in fraudulent activities that is evident from the numerous similar posts by many others against their fraudulent activities. I would like a refund asap for the inconvenience caused and the pathetic customer service provided and urge authorities to look into this for the sake of many who have been victimised by such companies.
