I received a facewash instead of snuggle band. I cannot visit the website with the link they have given. It appears to be broken or moved as it’s saying.
No place to apply for return or customer care is mentioned. Just the support mail which I don’t think anyone is monitoring also.
Kindly look into this matter as many are duped in this way. I saw a similar case with the delivery of same snuggle band product.
