with a great aspecatations i want to inform you that i am a user of uninor since 6 months .i recently activated rs. 89 internet pack on my uninor num. 9122529175 but the speed was too slow when i complaint it against uninor senior excecutive they oppositely told me that “you type customers are non sense and do not call here for such issue we can’t help you”
these words totally hurted me .they told me not but scolded me .so i want to request you to take an action against uninor.how a company has dare to hurt customers this is totally against consumer and fundamental rights.
Second one matter is that speed was very bad it gives only 5 to 6 kbps regular and reaches to pick speed 15 kbps ever, not always.
I simply want to say if a customer spends his money on net then why UNINOR not told already that you can’t use our services for internet so plz do not use our services.
I contacted the c.care and they gave me a complain id SR1-37300542709 and said that it will be resolved within 48 hours but not solved till now .A msg. Was sent to my num. 9122529175 that your complain has been resolved but you may not able to use internet with speed .I also complaint about this on facebook but no result no resolve of my problem!
Sir i am tired of uninor company behaviour towards their customer ,if there is any consumer rights and protection law in INDIA then plz. Help me!

i would like to recommend everyone that please nobody use Uninor because there is nothing better in it.
1.Every day they cut your main account balance.
2.No network coverage whether you are in City or outside.
3.If you talk to there customer care executives they will said “are yaar tum meri baat suno tumahre jo paise kate hain vo ab wapas nhi ayenge” & in last they will say “Uninor me call karne ke liye dhanyabad”.
i am using Internet just becouse of its lower cost since 4 or five month I can only use whats app or nothing else except searching on google even I can’t use facebook application by uninor internet .my data every month lost becouse of the expiry date …
over all I want to say in every aspect uninor is tryping to compete others but in the matter of its internet why it don’t wanted to think ….
my suggestion is to uninor that give 1gb data indeed to give 1.5gb and give minimum 20kb/s speed so we can even use Facebook easly through its application ..
Please uninor its my request to you please do so ..
otherwise I would like to quit ……..

heloo rohith… yah uninor is really bad man… jus use it for cal’s… for intrnet prefer bsnl,airtl or reliance.. if da source of u is only vth uninor.. nd intrnet is da main option fr u.. den it’s beter to port ur no,

Its really the worst thing which the senior executive have done with you. They have responsibility to solve consumer problem. Every one should get what he has paid for but if there is any issue arises regarding to that, complaint should be made. We have also rules against such things so there is no need to be worried.
