I have not yet received FD Refund in respect of my late wife Mrs. Aruna Das who invested Rs. Five Lakhs. All relavent papers including her death certificate duly attested by Br. Manager,Andhra Bank
Madhusudan Nagar, Bhubaneswar and FDR in original duly stamped and signed have been send by Registered Post toFD Deptt. .It is therefore requested to kindly expedite the refund at the earliest.
