Subject : Regarding upgrad Initial payment
I want to talk about the difficulties I’m having upgrading. In spite of numerous back and forth communications, the upgrade team is not prepared to support anything.
Please find the following details attached:
1. Ms. Pragati Mishra contacted me on April 18, 2023, regarding the LBS program. I encountered many difficulties with the financial schedule, and the upgrade team informed me and asked me to make an initial payment of INR 25000 before moving forward.
2. Following that communication and with complete faith and confidence, I made a payment of INR 25000 on April 18, 23 at 21:00 (Payment ID: pay_LfIwu4OftM7H2d), starting from the day the problems first appeared.
3. The first issue was a financing option that wasn’t addressed, even though I kept asking for an email example and never got one. The only way we could communicate was through WhatsApp.
4. Second, even today, I am unable to see my token money at the upgrade portal because my login ID, where my payment of INR 25,000 was reflected, was not shared.
5. I received a call from a member of your executive staff who was calling to verify my credentials. She gave me more information about the LBS program and helped me understand that the explanation and the facts were different. She also began acting inappropriately (her name is Ms. Davangani). When I reported the call via email, Pragati was unable to respond, and Ms. Pooja attempted to cover up the incident because Pragati is inexperienced and young.
6. Ms. Pooja took care of things moving forward and told me to let her know if I received a call from any upgrade staff members. How was trust lost in Upgrad as a result of behavior and insults received when Ms. Pooja’s treatment was initially the same?
7. After that, she continued to offer me different options based on Ms. Pooja’s commitment. She initially transferred me to DY Patil, and the following is confirmation:
8. On May 5th, she once more suggested that we go with OP Jindal because things were not listed on the website at that time. I asked Ms. Pooja about this, clearly outlining my prior experiences. Again, I was given instructions on how to fill out the application, and when I made it clear to Ms. Pooja that I couldn’t afford to make two payments on May 29, she misbehaved (see attached screenshot of her What’s App account).
9. I no longer trust Upgrade and have asked for a refund. I had believed it to be a professional platform, but after my experience, I would never recommend it to anyone. The Upgrade staff is the absolute worst; they even lack manners and lack communication skills. Once they have people’s money, they ruin their lives.
10. No one has so far bothered to even inquire about the difficulties I am having with my upgrade.

Hi All,
I have been told that upgrad will take care of my visa and provide all the resources. And made me to pay loan for all the semesters and now they failed to do so. And threatening me to pay all the EMIs else they will send legal notice. Kindly help and take action against them.. There are so many candidates who are suffering like this. Kindly help us by taking action against Upgrad.com
