I ordered a black blazer dress from urbanic but it came out too small for me so i decided to return it. The item had a return policy of 10 days with free pickup.The item has been picked up today but now on the app it shows “Refund Failed”. No one is replying to the customer care chat service. I need my refund of 1339/-
