Its regarding the product i wanted to return.
Few weeks ago i ordered black pants and i wanted to return but then i decided to keep it. I asked them to cancel the return its almost 3 weeks.
After a few days i ordered anoter pair of jeans which did not fit and i wanted to return that as well. The person who came to collect took the blue jeans away but my refund was inititaed for the black wide leg pants. Now i am reading on sites that they sometimes they wont initiate the refund.
