I placed an order on urbanic nd when it reached me, it was different from the item tht I received.. So I opted for return nd when the delivery person came to pickup my order, when he clicked the photo of dress nd sent it , so tht the received product matches the given product, but image didn’t match nd my fault was tht I would hv given return reason as different product received but wht I gv by mistake was fitting issue nd quality issue, hence the delivery person told me to opt for return again, but whn I tried to, it showed previous return request is in progress (awaiting pick up).. Now I m not being able to return it… Wht to do?
