I ordered a jeans from urbanic and it arrived in a couple of days. I tried it and it was too small for me. I filed for a return and refund to which I gilled every detail they needed including my bank details also. I submitted it and in the next two days the delivery man took the jeans. In the website I tried for refund but it failed. I tried again and it failed again.
