I ordered a blue vest from urbanics and it did not fit me also the quality was not that great so I returned the product and the product was taken after one day but the refund was not transferred to my bank account and it was showing that the bank details were wrong and the refund failed. I tried filling the bank details almost 3 to 4 times but every time I gave it it was showing it failed.
Also I tried reaching out to the customer service through the service available on the app but still the customer service was not that helpful. They were repeating the same words again and again and not helping at all.

I order jeans from urbanic on 20th April ,but because the size is so big for me I asked for return but because of covid issues they pickup my return item on 13th July after two months,and now it’s already end of Oct till now they haven’t refund my money it’s been 3 months now,I also make a complaint about 10 times already and whenever I made a complaint they tell me to fill my bank details everytime and never refund my money till now.I am so done ,so unprofessional and very poor customer care.Dont just apologize and refund my money already.

I haven’t received any order yet and the customer service is not responding even now my messages are not delivering to customer care and the cancellation orders amount I haven’t received yet . I need my order and refunded amount ASAP. It’s really disgusting and pathetic service
