I ordered a simplicity pullover sweatshirt from Urbanic which was my first purchase. It was delivered to me within a few days but it was too short for me and due to lack of exchange option I had to return it. The delivery man picked it up from my place the other day and I received the notification regarding successful pickup but my refund is still pending. It’s pending since days. I haven’t received it yet. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
