I had ordered 2 products from urbanic. Order ID 230422164134130001 . I did online payment through gpay for both. i returned it but i did not get my refund of 1050 ( 593 rs and 457rs ) Rs in my bank account.i contacted them . They said that refund is processed from their side and it will reflect in my bank account in 7-10 days. But it has been more than 15 days now and still my refund of Rs 1050 is not reflected in my bank account . Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and please get my refund back from them.
