I ordered a flared jeans from urbanic on 26th of August 2021 i received it on 29th of August, The product is completely different from what i ordered with a big jumbo size, so i tried placing return request and refund in my bank account but i m unable to process it bcos of some error from their side. I mailed them at [email protected] 7 times with all the required details in it with all images attached, no proper response they revert back with duplicate complaint and close the ticket, today is the 4th day no response from their side, the return policy says the product is eligible for return within 10days of delivery how long do i have to wait for the reply. They are not even available on chat box(doing it purposely) very disappointed with the service in covid pathetic, dnt give a damn about the customer. This is the first and the last time i ll be using urbanic i regret..
