Customer service never response nicely,i have proof don’t buy with credit never you will regret it.
I order on 6th of August and i cancelled it on 6th itself because of there was no discount again i order and i got the parcel of another but i didn’t get my money back

Urbanic doesn’t believe in refunding the money of a client …they keep sending ticket numbers . And what do you do with these ticket numbers. Ridiculous.
My 1200rs jeans has not been accounted as return and I don’t know wat to do.
