I returned one of the product I didn’t like.and it’s shows as refund processed.i reached out customer service and they are saying that refund has been processed from their end and it will reflect in my bank account 7 -10 days.its 11 days already and I didn’t receive my money.they are not responding to my emails not update.where is my refund?
