I ordered a jeans from urbanic shopping website and cancelled it 20 days ago. But they are not refunding my money. I talked to many executives, including, diksha, kanchan, surbhi, nitin, and neha. they are are saying that you will get soon, but its been 20 days, still no update and nothing has been done from their end. Please do a strict action against them. They are fooling the customers. My order id is 210824183045069001.
