I purchased a shirt from URBANIC, India…and as it had some size issues I requested a return on the very same day, my product ID – 210724191741074003. The product, from my end was completely intact and had it’s tag on, my return was accepted and they had promised a refund within 7 days… It’s been 12 days and my money still isn’t refunded, and they keep claiming it’s been initiated from their end whenever I ask their customer service.
