I ordered a tshirt nd a sweatshirt total worth of 1186/-from urbanic on May 25th,I paid online.
But i no longer needed thg tshirt nd sweatshirt so i cancelled my order. I got a SMS that my order is cancelled nd i’ll get my refund in 5-7 business days, usually i get my refund tht next day ..but still i have’nt got my refund.
And after cancelling my order..it still shows ‘your order is under process’ in the app .
I just want my refund and i’m never using that app again. Pathetic services.
