I ordered a top+sweater 26 dec …..i payed the amount they asked by phone pay……… Then i cancelled the top after few minutes on the same day….they delivered the sweater but didnot refunded the amount(388rs)….. ..since that day i’m communicating with customer care service…. They said the refund has been initiated from their side….and it’ll take 7-10 days to reflect…….. But it’s been 12 days already…. And i haven’t received the amount yet….
