Urbanic – Refund issue

I placed the order on 12th october 2021, and cancelled one item of the order on that day itself, and I still haven’t got refund of it. Then, I received one jean and did not like the fabric so returned it, been almost 10 days, still haven’t got refund for the same. On the app it shows “refund has been processed” but I haven’t got it. Few days back I even talked to the customer service available on the app but the guy just asked me to wait which I clearly did, but still no progress. Yesterday, I received two more jeans and I placed the return request today cause again fabric very bad. Now I am really concerned about my money. How long do I have to wait to get my money back? Very inconvenient service.
