i ordered a simplicity pullover sweater the size was not good hence i returned the product,the delivery guy collected it and refund was initiated ,but the amount is not yet adjusted to my account its been more than 15 days whenever i email them they jst reply with a auto generated email stating they hav opened a ticket number for my issue and their executive will get in touch within 48 hours..but the ticket gets closed within 5 minutes without resolving the issue they dont have any other form of contact except for email ,I’ve emailed them more than 3 to 5 times but alas everytime the same isaue. Iam really concerned about my refund
